1. AKD ENGINEERING, Lowestoft (2004). A 500 sqr m administrative hub for a company involved with the offshore oil industry on a brown-field site. First floor rooms are entirely demountable to suit user requirements.
2. BUTTER MARKET SHOPPING CENTRE, Ipswich (2006). Infilling of the existing atrium to create additional retail and circulation space. First in a series of works to alter and expand space within the centre.
3. SEAT CAR SHOWROOMS, Lowestoft (2001). Creation of a showroom for a local Seat dealership.
4. UNILEVER PLANT, Lowestoft (2000). Replacement of an industrial scale boiler plant within a very tight programme.
5. UNILEVER ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, Lowestoft (1998). Extension to an existing building to provide additional office space.
