A stylised addition to the rear of a Georgian house situated within in a Conservation Area in Beccles. The extension creates an enhanced living space opening onto a small garden terrace at ground floor level with a new bathroom and dressing suite above. Traditional cavity wall construction with a rendered finish was adopted to support a cut timber roof with tile cladding. High quality finishes were specified throughout and a bespoke oak screen installed to the south facing façade. OWL provided a full architectural service through all RIBA work stages.
