OWL Architects are associated with works to a large number of churches and ecclesiastical buildings across Suffolk and Norfolk. We are actively involved with a number of Listed Building projects and have experience of hotels, club, community buildings and a range of other vocational projects.
1. ROYDON CHURCH, Norfolk (2000). Extension and modification of a Grade I Listed church to form Parish Room, Choir and Clergy Vestries.
2. LEMAN HOUSE, Beccles (1990 – 2005). A series of works to consolidate and convert an important Grade I Listed building into offices and a museum for the Beccles Feoffees.
3. WALDRINGFIELD GOLF CLUB, Suffolk (2000). A new clubhouse with function rooms to replace a smaller existing building outside of Ipswich.
4. WAVENEY HOUSE HOTEL, Beccles (2005). Refurbishment and extension of a Grade II Listed building to form high quality hotel accommodation with a riverside aspect for Barsham Securities.
5. MINISMERE NATURE RESERVE, Suffolk (2001). A timber clad hide for bird watchers raised on stilts above marsh land overlooking the coast.
